Is this compatible with my car/key?
Yes, if your key is one of the following models below and your current key/remote looks identical to the product pictured in the main image.

- XJ 2002-2008
- XJR 2002-2008
- X-Type 2002-2009
- S-Type 1999-2009
Instructions:
1. Take key to a locksmith for cutting and programming
Remote Procedure XJ/XJR
- Unlock the Boot with the key
- Turn the ignition on
- Warning light on dash will come on
- When the warning light goes out, lift the arm rest, inside is a valet button
- Press the valet button 5 times within 5 seconds of the light going out and the horn and lights will flash to indicate the car is in learn mode
- Press any button on the new remote to code this into the vehicle
Details:
1. This is a complete key with electronics inside
2. Our keys are not included with logos
3. Our key will be suitable if your current key looks identical
4. Programming and cutting of the key must be performed by an automotive locksmith
